In this soothing Yin Yoga class, we’ll focus on releasing tension and fostering deep relaxation in the upper body. Through long-held, passive poses, we will target areas of the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms, allowing the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues to stretch and soften. Yin Yoga invites you to surrender to the present moment, letting go of stress and tightness while cultivating mindfulness and deep release.
