Designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and cultivate warmth, this flow will guide you through a series of dynamic and mindful Sun Salutations, building strength, flexibility, and vitality from head to toe.

We’ll explore different variations of Surya Namaskar to deepen your connection to breath, movement, and rhythm. Sun Salutations will be followed by gentle stretches and postures to open up the hips, chest, and shoulders, creating a balanced practice that flows with ease and grace. The focus will be on building a strong foundation, linking breath to movement, and cultivating a sense of mindfulness that carries into your day.
