Description
This class is perfect for beginners, those embarking on their yoga journey, or anyone seeking to deepen their practice. Together we’ll explore the building blocks of yoga, breaking down the postures (asanas) to focus on proper alignment and technique. Poses will be performed standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying on the mat. All props (included mats) are provided.
You’ll also be introduced to breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, creating a foundation for a balanced and mindful practice. Elements of yogic philosophy will be woven throughout to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the mat.
