Description
Vin Yin yoga, a modern and innovative practice, merges the dynamic energy of Vinyasa with the calming stillness of Yin yoga. This fusion creates a balanced and inclusive yoga experience. The first half of the session will work to increase the heart rate, with a standing breath-led flow. The second half will focus on coming down to the floor, lowering the heart rate, finding stillness in the postures, and stillness in the mind.
Level - Beginner/Intermediate
