This evening release yoga class is designed to help you unwind and de-stress after a busy day. Through a gentle flow of asanas (postures), pranayama (deep breathing techniques), and mindful stretching, you'll release tension in the body and calm the mind. Ideal for all levels, this class promotes relaxation, improves flexibility, and encourages a peaceful transition into the evening, leaving you feeling centered and rejuvenated.
Level - Beginner/Intermediate
True beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome, as opportunities to modify/enhance your practice are provided throughout.
