Lynne has been teaching full time since 2001. She loves to thread her knowledge of meditation and yogic wisdom into each class through story, real life examples and/or readings from books and ancient yogic texts. Yin has been Lynne's specialty since 2008. She also hosts annual Yin Teacher Trainings and exotic international retreats.
Description
Soulful Sunday Yin is about setting the week off from a place of grounded inner-peace. Lots of self-love and compassion allows you to slow down and let go with ease. This is an all levels class.
