Yin has been Lynne's specialty since 2008. She also hosts annual Yin Teacher Trainings and exotic international retreats.

Join me for a weekly Yin Bootcamp class recording each Saturday morning @9:30am (or whenever you'd like to view this video) Yin opens up the hips and Lynne's method moves them in all 6 directions in every single class. In Bootcamp Yin we double up on the dirctions to kic up the COOOOL Yin energy.
