Lynne has been teaching full time since 2001. She loves to thread her knowledge of meditation and yogic wisdom into each class through story, real life examples and/or readings from books and ancient yogic texts. Yin has been Lynne's specialty since 2008. She also hosts annual Yin Teacher Trainings and exotic international retreats.
Description
In our SOULful Sunday Yoga class we relax and let the body be our guide. As we learn to listen to the body we develop our intuitive nature and our mind/ body awareness. Aromatherapy helps us let go and open up naturally.
