Open your hips in this 1 hour Yin Yoga class that includes stretching your hips in the four directions they are supposed to move to improve range of motion. All of Lynne's classes include shoulder openers and spinal twists. NOTE_ Remember to always listen to your body and work at a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
