short bio: Tao has been immersed in the practice of yoga since 2007, when it quickly evolved from a physical discipline into a way of life. An ERYT-500 trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUS Style, and Fascia Fitness, he brings a rich blend of techniques to support health, happiness, and freedom in the body. Shaped by years of global travel and diverse teachers, Tao teaches with clarity, integrity, and inclusivity. With additional training in Embodied Trauma Integration, his classes offer a compassionate, healing space for all levels and backgrounds.
Description
A fusion of dynamic Vinyasa/Power Yoga and slow Yin/Restorative practice. Build heat, strength, and flow, then unwind with deep stretches and long-held poses for total balance of body and mind.
