About Yoga at The Grand
Caitlin’s yoga journey began while backpacking through India, where she discovered a practice that allowed her to challenge the body while finding stillness in the mind, without competition. With a BA (Hons) in Dance and experience as a professional dancer and fitness instructor, she has a keen eye for detail and technique, helping students move safely while building strength and fluidity.
Certified with a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga (350+ hrs Hatha-based training- Origym) Caitlin’s classes blend thoughtful sequencing, music, and seamless transitions to create flow and connection. Passionate about making yoga accessible to all, she encourages curiosity and compassion on the mat, and values the sense of community that extends beyond class.
