Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh the basics—come as you are! Begin and end with meditation, flow through mindful poses, and hopefully leave feeling refreshed.

A fun, energising, and dynamic morning class designed to build strength, flexibility, and get your energy flowing. We’ll be moving at a quicker pace than my beginners class, perfect if you’re feeling ready to explore new or challenging asanas—like arm balances, inversions, twists, and binds. Open to anyone who wants to play, grow, and move with a bit more fire.

Who: Designed for barre beginners (no dance experience needed) anyone loving a slower pace, or those wanting to challenge their balance & muscular endurance in a kind, controlled way.

What: Caitlin will bring her yoga-vibe to the barre & guide you through some basic ballet positions step-by-step, creating a stable, joint-friendly foundation to lift your posture. You can explore a few gentle, supported balances at the barre, with plenty of opportunities to pulse and stretch. Finishing with a short meditation & uplifting affirmations. ✨

Caitlin’s barre classes are where Pilates and ballet meet, offering low-impact, high-intensity movements, all set to fun, energising music. These sessions help improve posture and boost confidence while building long, lean muscles. Barre is an inclusive fitness class suitable for beginners, so rest assured you don't need to be a prima ballerina to take part.

Get some fresh air on your feet! (Weather dependent ofcourse...)

This is a fully standing sequence. Something a bit different: Start with a warm-up and shake-out to music, then move into flowing yoga Warrior sequences and balancing postures. Build strength and stability to the sound of your breath and the sea. Begin and end with short meditation and breathwork. Uplifting, energising, and no mat required.
