About Yoga at the Mount

Welcome to Yoga at The Mount, with me... Amy!

I have been practicing yoga since 2016. Combining movement of the body and breath continues to have a distinct result to calm, focus and relax my mind. I love to make shapes, feel strong and flexible and challenge myself physically.

We have been busy renovating our (almost 200 year old) home, including restoring and transforming our coach house and coal shed into a beautiful yoga space. We are located on the outskirts of Tuxford next door to the famous Tuxford Windmill.

Classes are limited to 6 yogis offering a more personal and intimate practice.

Yoga mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided.

Toilet facilities and onsite parking is available.

All you need to bring is water, an open mind and open heart. See you on the mat! Namaste.
