À propos de Yoga by Michael
Hello, I'm Michael, a vinyasa yoga teacher, blending breath, movement, and mindfulness.
Yoga has been a part of my life for more than ten years, a steady thread that’s kept me grounded, sane, and inspired through all of life’s changes. I’ve lived in London, spent five years in Tokyo, and now I call Paris home. Each place has shaped me in different ways, but yoga has always been the constant. I can do yoga and grounding exercises wherever I go.
My 200-hour teacher training in Goa, India was a turning point. It was a deeply spiritual experience that deepened my understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice. It reminded me that yoga is not only about postures, but about presence, contentment, and connection.
Through Vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation, I hope to share the same strength, stillness, and joy that yoga has brought into my own life, creating a space where we can move, breathe, and find contentment together.
