PRAJNA YOGA is a slow flow VINYASA STYLE developed by Arun over the last 20 years of teaching. The Sanskrit word "prajna" means intuitive wisdom. PrajnaYoga is founded on the principle of developing each student's intuitive wisdom, to allow them to move, breathe and feel with the ancient knowing that is inherent in each body. When that ancient knowing is accessed, through sensitivity and passion, a deep release of the body, mind and spirit is manifested, leading to a lightness of being.
The first PrajnaYoga sequence Arun will be teaching is 8 Indians, designed to be learned by heart, allowing each student the freedom and flexibility to adapt the sequence as their intuitive wisdom guides them.
