Yoga Flow is a dynamic class that combines clear guidance with flowing movement. The session begins with gentle mobility exercises before moving into a sequence of standing and floor-based postures connected through small flows.
The practice is slightly more energising and physically engaging than a classic beginner class, offering gentle challenges for strength, balance and coordination. The steady movement helps build focus, release energy and create a sense of vitality in both body and mind.

A strength-focused class combining elements of Pilates, ballet and yoga for people with basic fitness. Using a wall-mounted barre, the workout includes small, controlled movements targeting legs, hips and core, supported by short HIIT-style sequences with energising club music.
Expect a dynamic, rhythmic workout that builds strength, improves posture and keeps you moving with flow and precision.
