Tess Dorrier
Tess studied ballet growing up and through college, and was introduced to yoga and Pilates as part of a health and wellness transformation beginning in 2003. She has been teaching yoga and Pilates since then. Her classes focus on functional movement, body awareness, balance, alignment and breath. Tess received her Pilates training with Physical Mind, her yoga training at Tranquil Space and Barre training at Barre Body. She completed her training in biodynamic craniosacral therapy in the fall of 2023 and is currently studying Polarity therapy.

Introduction to Mat Pilates – level 1
You will learn foundational exercises and movement principles that strengthen and stretch the entire body. Focusing on breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns. Using slow controlled movements and repetition to build strength. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress. It is safe and low impact making it appropriate for any age or fitness level.
This is considered a regular class and you use your Montly Membership, class pack, or drop in to sign up.
There is room for 10 participants.
