Emily Bermingham is a 600-hour certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Moon Circle Facilitator, Yoga
Teacher (RYT 200, RCYT), and Sociology Professor, currently completing her 300-hour advanced yoga
teacher training. She is trained in trauma-informed yoga, vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and children’s yoga,
and also facilitates moon circles that foster connection, reflection, and healing.
Emily’s own journey with yoga and Ayurveda has been profoundly transformative. These practices
supported her in recovering from injury and illness, helping her rediscover strength, balance, and vitality.
In her teaching, Emily weaves together yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic principles to create
meaningful, heart-centered experiences. Her approach emphasizes compassion, curiosity, and the belief
that self-care is both personal and collective — a form of community care.
As a teacher, mother, and military spouse, Emily’s work is grounded in presence, resilience, and
authenticity. She strives to hold space where others feel safe, seen, and nourished — leaving each practice
with a sense of grounding, renewal, and connection.
Description
Ayurvedic Spring Seasonal Routines for Wellness
Align with nature’s rhythm for health, balance, and vitality.
Step into the new Spring season feeling refreshed and renewed with the wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient science of holistic well-being.
This interactive workshop explores how to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit with the changing energy of spring through the principles of Ritucharya — Ayurveda’s seasonal routines for balance and vitality.
As we move from winter’s heaviness into spring’s vibrant renewal, you’ll learn how to support your health by adapting your daily habits, nutrition, and self-care practices to the season’s unique qualities.
We’ll discuss the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and how to maintain balance among these elemental energies to prevent seasonal imbalances such as sluggishness, allergies, or fatigue.
You’ll gain practical tools and personalized insights to help you feel lighter, more energized, and in tune with nature’s rhythm.
To bring the teachings to life, participants will also create their own Spring Seasonal Churna — a custom Ayurvedic spice blend designed to balance the elements of the season. This take-home blend can be added to meals or teas to gently support digestion, vitality, and overall well-being.
You’ll Discover:
- The Ayurvedic approach to seasonal living (Ritucharya)
- How to align your diet and lifestyle with spring’s qualities
- Practical self-care rituals for renewal and balance
- Your unique doshic influences during the season
No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga is needed — just an open heart and curiosity about living in deeper harmony with nature.
Cost: $40
Monthly Mmeber Cost: $30
***There are no credits/refunds for missed Workshops
