Description
A Journaling Workshop: Exploring the Full Spectrum of Being Human
Inspired by The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad and Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown, this journaling workshop is an invitation to sit with emotion — all of it. We'll turn toward a theme, unpacking the beliefs and experiences underneath it and learning to hold the full range of what it means to be human.
The session blends guided learning, reflective poetry, and gentle movement to connect body and mind, followed by a journal prompt and small-group sharing. You'll leave with prompts to keep the reflection going on your own.
This is a space for real introspection, gentle self-inquiry, and genuine connection with others doing the same work.
If you love writing, poetry, and going deep — this one's for you.
