Once a month there's a Restorative yoga class besides our regular Hatha yoga classes. Restorative yoga helps to:
Release stress
Calm down the mind
Recharge
Regulate nervous system
Release tension
Reset
Slow down
Connect with yourself
Relief burn out/ depression/ anxiety symptoms
Heal emotional traumas

What to bring to the class:
Warm clothes (for example sweater/ hoodie), socks, thin blanket, eye mask if you have it
