Bring your body and mind out of hibernation and welcome the newness of Spring!

This nurturing class combines the beautiful qualities of a blossoming, slow flowing standing yoga sequence, with the calming benefits of a yin practice. It begins by gently moving thru an intentional sequence of poses to open the body and release the stale stagnant every from the winter season. The slow flow is followed by a grounding series of seated yin yoga poses designed to cultivate an energetic balance and a state of lightness and openness.

Class includes breath work and a sage bath.
