During this class, we will practice poses to stretch and strengthen the back muscles and spine. Practicing postures while lying, sitting and standing on our mat as well as using a chair and props to enhance your experience.
This class is appropriate for all levels that are able to get up and down from the floor. Space is limited, so sign up early!
