Description

The Hatha element seeks freedom within breath. The Classical Ashtanga element seeks composure within structure. The Vinyasa Krama element seeks freedom within rhythm.

This class starts with a dynamic sun salutation routine which leads into a mixture of balancing and stretching poses, including their vinyasa krama variations. This helps to increase our strength and flexibility and gives the spine and body a complete workout.

Each week you will work towards strong and steady inversions like headstand, arm and leg balancing sequences, including all of their dynamic Vinyasa Krama variations.

The class level is intermediate, however if you are seeking to lift your practice to this level you are more than welcome to attend – Vinyasa Krama Yoga will help you along that path.
