Description
A vinyasa yoga practice allowing you to experience a variety of sequences within the Hatha and Vinyasa Krama systems of yoga; each with an emphasis of flowing and moving with breath. The class also benefits from incorporating therapeutic yoga sequences, breathing practices and somatics, all of which will help improve spinal, cardiovascular and respiratory health. The class has a light-hearted and fun approach to yoga, allowing it to adapt to the needs of each individual and thereby create a structure which can evolve and vary in an intelligent way from week to week. This guarantees that those who attend gain greater benefits for body and mind.
The class finishes with a guided relaxation accompanied by soothing sounds of singing bowls and gongs, which will leave you completely relaxed.
