Pól founded Yoga Meditation Healing in 2008. He qualified as a yoga teacher in 2007 during a 6 month stay in Mysore, India and trained under Bharath Shetty of Yoga Indea, completing a 320 hour course in Classical Hatha Yoga. Pól returned to Mysore in 2012 to complete a 500 hour Advanced Classical Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training course with Bharath. Between 2012 and 2014, Pól studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga under Srivatsa Ramaswami, who is the longest standing student of the legendary Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya.

Join Pól for a therapeutic & invigorating class of active and somatic yoga with simple breathing practices. The class takes into consideration the release of tensions and repetitive strains we accrue day to day, especially for those who are more sedentary or spend their working day seated at a desk.
This integrative class helps to build stamina, strength, mobility and stability whilst improving respiratory and cardiovascular health.
The practice is designed to cultivate greater mind-body awareness, regulate your nervous system and release stress, anxiety, tension and tiredness from your mind and body.
You will experience the many benefits of simple body movements which are designed to keep our bodies feeling open, youthful and healthy. It will leave you feeling calm, grounded and balanced.
This class is for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply.
