Today this is an open space for you to come and do your own yoga practice - whichever type of practice works for you.

As a community of students we can hold the space for each other - supporting one another by showing up and enjoying the time on our mats.

No need to book, just come along.

We will take a small donation on the day, to cover the cost of the room hire
