Mysore is a personal practice in a group setting with the help, support and assistance of a teacher. All levels are welcome and the teacher will introduce the postures to new students. The benefits are significant: You can work at your pace and level, you receive hands on adjustment and assistance and you get individual help. So long as you finish by the end time, you can come and start at any time!

Aerobics With Soul is a unique and innovative use of traditional African dance for exercise. Based on dances from Tanzania, it offers all the magic, spontaneity, creativity, expression, music and rhythms of Africa. Contemporary and traditional African music is used for the multi-level classes. Everyone can do Aerobics With Soul. The only requirement is an open mind and a happy relaxed body. The dances are broken down into beginning, intermediate and advanced moves, so everyone can get a good aerobic workout at their own fitness level. Aerobics With Soul, will liberate the dancer in you, and show you that fitness with a world beat is educational, entertaining and fantastically fun. The only requirement is an open mind, a relaxed, happy body, and the ability to NOT take yourself too seriously!

Yin is a slower yoga practice. The poses are held for several minutes to enable deep release of the connective tissue and to apply safe, nourishing, stress to the joints. Sometimes intense, sometimes relaxing, the process is a wonderful balance to a dynamic yoga practice. It promotes flexibility in the body and resilience in the mind.

This class is a hybrid class and will also run Live from the Arlington. Best of both worlds!
