Ease into the Thirsday with a gentle Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class.
Please arrive a few minutes earlier as we start on time
The class is open to all ages and levels.
Bring your own mat and a bottle of water.

If fewer than 3 participants enroll for a class, you’ll have two options upon arrival:
1️⃣ Practice alongside me (I demo most of the class).
2️⃣ Upgrade to a private session (suitable for 1 or 2 participants).
