Welcome to Yoga Roots. The former home studio sanctuary in Torbay has recently been relocated to Orewa, on the Hibiscus Coast. The focus has shifted to create an outdoor yoga community, in collaboration with Sauna Collective.
You can join for our weekly outdoor Yoga sessions at the beach, and optional book the wood fired sauna afterwards.
