Description
A morning of an introduction holistic herbal healing, infused with gentle yoga and a tea ceremony.

This event is a collaboration with Samantha Haezlewood, naturopath and herbalist.

Drinking Herbal teas was one of the first ways herbs where used. Herbal teas work on a gentle subtle level to encourage the natural healing process. When we drink Herbal tea it is about enjoying the tea ritual, the therapeutic and energetic healing qualities of the herbs, a time to celebrate and enjoy every sip.

Marjolein will start this workshop with a relaxing grouding yoga class to ease into the weekend. Followed by Samantha who will introduce the healing properties of a selection of herbs.

This workshop includes:

Short Grounding Meditation - connecting with your body and senses
Restorative Yoga - for recalibration
Introduction to Herbal Healing
Tea Ceremony
Tea samples
You'll receive Sam's Herbal Healing handout to take home

Samantha is qualified Naturopath and Herbalist, she uses organic sustainable harvested herbs in her clinic products. She sees how wonderful they work to support gentle healing on many levels. In this workshop Samantha would like to share her knowledge of Herbs & Herbal Medicine to support and encourage you to use them and understand their healing properties. Samantha utilised many healing qualities that are available to us from mother nature and is open to sharing a wealth of knowledge with you.
