75-minute yoga class gives the opportunity to build strength & flexibility at a gentle, meditative pace. It is structured as a course of five-sessions starting Tuesday 7th September for £45. Alternatively you can buy a ONE CLASS PASS for £10. Each class combines classical yoga moves - with mantra, mudra & breath practices. The intention is to boost energy and mood. Ideal for beginners, older students or anyone in recovery. This 'restorative' style which leaves you refreshed and revived - giving you practical techniques to integrate into daily life.
