Description
Wind down from work with a 60 minute flow blending stretches, twists and balances. You'll break a sweat & build flexibility & strength but there will be plenty of opportunity to chill out at the end of class with Mantra, Mudra and meditative breath practices. This practice is INTERMEDIATE level. You can attend this class with a FIVE CLASS BLOCK starting Tuesday 7th September or drop in with a ONE CLASS PASS
