This practice is an invitation to slow down, soften, and let go. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided into long-held postures that gently open the body and calm the nervous system. This style of yoga is designed to ignite inner heat, improve endurance, and cultivate resilience—on and off the mat. While powerful and uplifting, modifications are always offered, making the class accessible to all levels who are ready to move with intention and embrace their inner strength.

You’ll leave feeling both grounded and empowered, with a sense of lightness and vitality that carries into the rest of your day.

Suitable for all ages. Restorative Yoga is a healing practice designed for people to rest and restore their physical, mental and spiritual bodies. It's a gentle and supportive style of yoga where props are used to support the body and allow for deep tissue release. I include yoga nidra as a meditation technique to help release mental tensions.
