Brek is passionate about teaching nourishing yoga to every body, ability and experience. She teaches vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga classes both in-person and online in Charlbury and Oxford.
Description
A 60 min slow vinyasa with yin class, so allowing for some sequences and held asanas (postures) to help unwind from the day. Taking themes and inspirations from nature to create a unique and immersive practice. Brek uses breath and meditation together with asanas (postural practice) to help centre and focus yourself by connecting mind and body.
