Brek is passionate about teaching nourishing yoga to every body, ability and experience. She teaches vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga classes both in-person and online in Charlbury and Oxford.

Description

A 60 min vinyasa/ hatha class taking themes and inspirations from nature to create unique and immersive practice. Using breath and meditation together with asanas (postural practice) the aim of our shared practice is to help you centre and focus yourself by connecting mind and body.
