Hi, I'm Caroline. I’m a certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping you find harmony in both body and mind.
My own journey with yoga has been a lifeline—it was the key to balancing my hormones throughout different stages of my life, and it’s that sense of stability I love sharing with my students.
Based in the beautiful village of Killearn, I am passionate about building a local community through in-person sessions, while also offering the flexibility of online classes for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of home.
I believe yoga should meet you exactly where you are. Whether we are slowing down with gentle, restorative movements to soothe the nervous system, or building heat through energising flows, my goal is to help you feel centred. I also have a playful side—I love the perspective shift that comes from going upside down!
Specialising in Graceful Aging & Mindfulness
I am particularly passionate about supporting students as they age. By blending Gentle Yoga with Qigong, I focus on building functional strength, improving balance, and cultivating a deep sense of mindfulness.
Whether we meet in the studio or across a screen, I can’t wait to move with you and build a stronger foundation for the years ahead.
