About Yoga with Deni

I love yoga - it gives me so much.....a strong body, a calm mind, self-acceptance - these things stay with me long after I step off the mat.

I discovered yoga following a back injury, but what began initially as a healing therapy quickly became far more. My once-a-week classes rapidly developed into a daily self-practice as I saw the benefits in all areas of my well-being and life. Wanting to share the benefits that I have received with others - strength, peace, self-confidence and connection - I took the step of completing my 250 hours yoga teacher training.

My classes combine 'slow' yoga with flowing sequences and breath, strength with calmness, forging a connection between body, mind and soul, allowing you to leave your mat feeling grounded, re-invigorated and balanced.
