About Yoga with Fiona Wellness
I’m a passionate yoga instructor and yoga therapist with a commitment to helping people of all ages find balance, strength, and peace through the power of yoga. My journey began in 2016, when I traveled to India to qualify as a yoga instructor, immersing myself in the transformative practices of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings and connecting with students from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and online.
In 2020, I decided to deepen my understanding of yoga’s therapeutic potential, beginning my studies in Yoga Therapy with The Minded Institute—a journey that culminated in my qualification as a yoga therapist in 2023. I also expanded my teaching repertoire in 2022 by qualifying as an Aerial yoga instructor, blending dynamic movement with mindfulness in a supportive, fun environment.
Today, I specialize in Yoga Therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodiversity, working with both adults and children to develop personalized, compassionate practices that support mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re joining me for a flowing Vinyasa class, a grounding Hatha session, or a focused therapeutic practice, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your journey toward well-being.
