Join me for a 2hr practice, in person, at Yoga 78. The first hour will be vinyasa flow followed by one hour of yin yoga to get you feeling renewed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. It's the perfect way to create balance between the yin and the yang aspects of ourselves.
