REPLACEMENT TEACHER: Florence
Florence will be replacing me for 2 weeks as I’m away on retreat.
Join her for an uplifting, creative vinyasa flow focused on increasing flexibility whilst building strength. Designed to move you in all directions, this class will challenging your body-mind connection whilst giving you the freedom to explore and honor your entire being. Expect to work hard, get upside down (optional), breathe deeply and have fun with a fantastic community of yogis!
