Join Gemma for a 2hr masterclass that celebrates the depth, stillness and introspection of the Winter element, the season that is the Ultimate Yin.
Suitable for beginners to experienced yinsters, you will practice static, passive stretches that we hold for a long time, that work the meridians of the kidneys and urinary bladder. This practice is very calm, rejuvenating and relaxing and will invoke a deep meditative state, which will use to our advantage by practicing meditation.
