A dynamic flow offering a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “to place,” and vi, meaning “in a special way.” This indicates that we are not “throwing our bodies around” but are bringing consciousness to each movement in each moment.

Join me for a vinyasa flow class, by donation, in the Park of the chateau at St Germain en Laye. Meet at the rotunda near the cafe on the terrace. Please arrive 10mins early so we can start on time. Donations can be made in cash at the end of the class.
Bring your mask, your yoga mat and anything you need to be comfortable outdoors. All levels are welcome, I will give options for softer and stronger poses. We will respect social distancing.
