Wind down from the week and restore your mind + body. This class combines gentle poses, breath-work and deep rest to nourish your entire body. This can even be done from your bed!
Open to all, including beginners.
Suggested props:
- At least 1-2 blankets
- Eye pillow or soft tea towel to cover your eyes
- At least 1-2 books or yoga blocks
- At least 1-2 firm cushions or a yoga bolster
