A slow flow to support you in winding down at the end of the day. Mindful movements are linked together seamlessly with conscious breathing.
The intensity varies week to week yet there is always an invitation for you to challenge yourself in a healthy and supportive atmosphere.
As this class is hosted online you will need your own mat and any props that are available to you. A couple of blocks or books will be useful.
