Description
Yin is primarily practice of stillness and meditation - the perfect way to unwind and de-stress.
We hold poses for a minimum of 3-5 minutes, this is known as passive stretching which targets your fascia, ligaments and connective tissues in a safe way. It complements more strenuous styles of exercise such as weight training, running and cycling perfectly.
Open to all, including beginners.
Suggested props:
- At least 1-2 blankets
- Eye pillow or soft tea towel to cover your eyes
- At least 1-2 books or yoga blocks
- At least 1-2 firm cushions or a yoga bolster
