MOBILITY AND INVERSIONS:
MOBILTY:
Looking to improve your mobility? This workshop focuses on improving joint flexibility, stability, balance, and motor control through a variety of exercises and techniques.
Mobility training allows you to move more freely and comfortably, other rewards are: injury prevention, muscle activation, and decreased tightness. Mobility significantly helps improve overall strength. Your body’s freedom to move with maximum range of motion will increase the quality of your practice .
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or simply looking to move more comfortably in your daily life, this workshop will help you deepen your practice and overall body strength and awareness.
INVERSIONS:
This workshop focuses specifically on CHATURANGA (low plank) SALAMBA SARVANGASANA (shoulderstand) and SIRSHASANA (headstand + variations)
Improve your balance, upper body strength, and mental focus! 👊
Learning to build communication and trust with yourself are the most important aspects of your inversion practice. You are capable of more than you think!
