Sunday 11th of January 1530: 2 hrs at Studio Da Vasco!
Join me next Sunday for a 2 hr XL Class, where i get you your usual sweat on but i will also dedicate the last portion of the class to ASANA LAB, putting your practice under a microscope, take this opportunity to work on specific asanas and learn from each other! Start the year fresh and new and dive straight into the practice deep!
PAY WITH TWO STRIPPEN. Just book like a regular class and i will take one extra credit.
