About Yoga with Laura
I discovered the joy and peace of yoga in the fall of 2023 when I joined PowerLife studio in Omaha. As I relaxed and breathed through the savasana of my first yoga class, I had the unexpected idea that I wanted to facilitate this experience for others. It seemed crazy! I had literally just started practicing yoga myself ... who did I think I was to even consider becoming a yoga teacher?! Despite having imposter syndrome, I decided to take the leap and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in July 2024.
I am honored and grateful to be able to guide you in discovering how yoga can benefit your mind, body, and spirit. I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
Unless there is a special event at a different location, we will practice at the Universal College of Healing Arts at 8702 N. 30th St., Omaha, NE 68112. Please plan to bring your own mat, a towel and a water bottle. For those trying yoga for the first time, I will have mats available to borrow. Additionally, yoga props including blocks and straps will be provided as part of class.
