Mindful Movement
If you are looking for a slower pace, a space to show up and move, breathe and replenish your body and mind, then this class is for you. During this hour the goal is to let go, soothe your active mind, boost your immune system, balance the nervous system and to learn the art of conscious relaxation.
Each class will be themed with gentle stretching, breathwork, music, somatics, and meditation.
