What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming, floor-based practice that uses bolsters, blankets, and supportive props to invite the body into complete comfort. As the body relaxes, the mind begins to settle, the breath softens, and the nervous system has space to restore and rebalance.

This two-hour class is suitable for every age and every level of experience, offering a peaceful sanctuary for rest and renewal.
